About Kathleen Smart
Mentor and Advisor
Kathleen’s experience as a "Mentor and Advisor" has been developed over the past 26 years. She began working in the Barter Industry during the early 1980’s. Prior to that she worked in the restaurant industry in both service and management. While working in numerous barter networks around the country she gained experience by assisting medium to small business owners with their businesses by helping them leverage their resources in the barter network and conserving their cash for other things. She began realizing that she was hearing about the same concerns and daily difficulties the small or new business can experience. It was because of this need that Kathleen began SmarterIdeas back in 2001.
Our experience working with small to mid sized companies has been developed over the past 26 years. We work directly with individuals or companies Offering personal or executive level coaching, business advisors, training development and delivery, change management, project management, sales strategies, employee relations, cost effective marketing strategies, leadership development, and networking workshops.
